Rittenhouse Square is one of the five original open-space parks planned in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by William Penn and his surveyor Thomas Holme during the late 17th century. Rittenhouse Square is an amazing area in Philadelphia known for its wonderful architecture, tree-filled park, and green grasses with dozens of benches which are popular lunch-time destinations for residents and workers in Philadelphia's Center City neighborhood. The entire floor, including the sleek and sexy wine cellar, has a spectacular view of the Philadelphia skyline. The cellar, situated between the dining room and the living room, boasts over 1200 bottles, a ductless split cooling system, and features an innovative wine inventory system which "tags" each bottle of the wine collection with individual markers. A high tech scanning system enables the cellar to identify wine regions or grape types, producers and vintages, and to sort and select individual bottles.The high-rise wine cellar is made from Mahogany with clean lines for ease of navigation. Custom storage allowed for us to build specific cell openings for Magnums, case bins, splits, Bordeaux, and Champagne. 1706 Rittenhouse Square is a one-of-a-kind high rise, now with one more added amenity: the wine cellar in the sky!
